Is there a cut-off for EXPRESS Next Day Delivery

Yes, cut-off for EXPRESS next day delivery is at 3PM daily. Orders after 3PM will be processed the next day.

What is your exchange and return policy?

We only accept exchanges for sizing. All requests are carefully reviewed by our team. Kindly send your exchange requests to info.intissimo@gmail.com.

 

Please note:

·      We only accept requests made within 7 days from date the buyer has received the parcel.

·      All items returned must not be worn, washed or altered - Intissimo tag must be intact.

·      Shipping fee back to Intissimo HQ will be shouldered by the buyer. Shipping fee back to the buyer will also be shouldered by the buyer.

·      All sale items are marked as non-returnable. Therefore, sale items cannot be exchanged.

·      All items for exchange will be processed and shipped a week after.


How do I get a free pouch?

We give a free pouch for every 3 Pyjama pants set, Pyjama shorts set or robes ordered. Anything less will be wrapped in a special Intissimo wrapping paper.

How do I amend details on my order?

Kindly send a message with your Order Number to info.intissimo@gmail.com with the details that you wish to amend. We will try our best to accommodate any changes requested, however, this is not guaranteed as request depends on availability and other factors.

I recently moved and would want to change my shipping address, how do I do so?

Just send an email with your Order Number to info.intissimo@gmail.com with the correct shipping details and we’ll take care of it!

I think may have received the wrong orders or something that is damaged, what now?

We’re terribly sorry about this, but don't worry, we can resolve this immediately! Kindly send us an email: info.intissimo@gmail.com with your Order Number and photos of your received items. We will definitely be on top of this and make sure you get what you ordered.

Please note:

·      All items returned will be subject to checking, if we do not find the reason for return valid, shipping fee will be charged to the customer or amount may only be converted to store credit.

·      All items are manufactured and not handmade. Thus, minor differences (not product altering stitching differences, not product altering loose ends, very slight or minimal color differences etc. cannot be reason for return - although these are subject to team checks.)

No. We only do store credit.

How do I track my orders?

We will be sending you your tracking numbers once shipped!

Philippine Orders – may be tracked via Xsend, LBC or Sonic express. We’ll let you know, don’t worry.

International Orders – may be tracked via the Fedex International website.

Philippine orders – we accept transfers to our BDO account, GCash, and Paymaya accounts. You may also request for credit card payment via PayPal. Kindly send us your payment confirmation screenshots or deposit slips to info.intissimo@gmail.com for us to verify quickly.

International orders – we accept all credit card payments done via our website checkout.

Do you accept rush orders or next day deliveries?

We do, with a P500 rush fee. 

Can items be gift wrapped for a special someone?

Of course! You can avail of the Intissimo Luxe Box with dedication card for that special someone. They’d be delighted with your handwritten love letter, for sure!

Do I get discounts if I order in bulk?

Do you accept custom made orders?

Currently, we do accept custom orders for bridal robes for length requests with 45-60 days lead time. Do send your requests over to info.intissimo@gmail.com. We love to see you satisfied with your orders!

Do you accept embroidery services?

We do! Kindly send us an email of your Order Number and respective names or nicknames you want us to embroider on your items.

 

You can choose custom colors, fonts and sizes!
